Can I answer the phone through the speaker?

1. The product needs to manually connect to Bluetooth when the first time you use it. It automatically goes back to the last paired Bluetooth device when next time.
2. Bluetooth device is on and in a relatively close range.
Why is the speaker still not loud enough?
Please check [Settings]-[Bluetooth]-[X8pro] to make sure to set the 'Device Type' of X8pro to 'Speaker'. Then check the volume on your device and press the VOL+ button to increase the volume.This should resolve the issue of low sound.
The second device cannot pair with Bluetooth Speaker?
When you use two devices simultaneously with the same Bluetooth speaker, you need to disconnect the speaker on first device before connecting the second one. This will ensure that the second device can properly connect and function with the speaker.
